Return policy
*This is for US orders, international orders do not meet the return and exchange conditions. Please read our return policy below.
-For US orders, we offer free replacement and free return digital gift cards within 30 days of purchase for uncleaned, unworn, undamaged, and non final sold items, along with labels and original packaging.
-Refunds and returns require payment of return shipping fees. Please note that the original shipping fee is non refundable.
Final sales
The product marked as final sale does not meet the conditions for return or exchange.
Refund
-At present, we can only refund according to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
-If you have a new credit card but the original account is still valid, the refund will be processed back to your account. If the account has been completely closed, we request that you contact your bank for further assistance.
-Refunds and returns will incur shipping label fees based on the weight of the returned item, which will be deducted from the outstanding refund.
-Once your return arrives at our warehouse, your refund will be processed and you will receive a confirmation email! Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected on your bank statement.
Exchange
-To change to a new size, please click on the return process on the page and select your new size. If you haven't seen the size you want, unfortunately, it's out of stock at this point. You can change the color or apply for store points.
-To exchange for a different style for free, please click on the return process and apply for a refund. When prompted, click 'Shop Now' to purchase new products on the website!
-Print your free prepaid USPS label or download the USPS QR code without a printer. Your exchange will be processed after you submit the return to USPS!

How can I return my items?
-After completing the return/exchange, you will receive a confirmation email containing a link to access the QR code/return label for later printing.
-Please use the original packaging upon arrival, or any simple, lightweight mail.
-We request that you do not merge returns from multiple orders into one package. If you receive two separate return shipping labels, please send them back separately by email.
-If the return is not authorized through our return portal, a tracking number is required as proof of return.
-If you return the item outside of the return policy, you will not receive a refund.
-We are not responsible for returning non store items.
Return damaged or incorrect items?
If you receive an item that you believe has been produced incorrectly or incorrectly, please contact us via email/chat as soon as possible before starting the return/exchange process.
